Her latest cookbook Accent on Asia - Recipes for a Culinary Adventure reflects the last 15 years of teaching with the focus being on Asian cooking.

He and his wife owned a steakhouse in Mukilteo and he is presently the Chef at the Stanwood Grill. His food interests are broad, but tends to lean toward Northwest Cuisine focusing on fresh local products.
